Buena Vista’s undeniable appeal lies in its immediate access to nature and charming, walkable neighborhoods. Yet, as the cost of living rises, this quality of life has become financially unsustainable for many local residents, challenging the community with dual priorities of ecological conservation and economic growth. In turn, any viable development must balance these considerations, while providing meaningful benefits to residents and visitors alike.

Our vision for The Meadows is rooted in the principles of traditional, timeless and functional design, prioritizing beauty, quality materials and thoughtful construction that will be loved for generations to come. Yet, most importantly, The Meadows offers a unique opportunity to build an intentionally designed, inclusive and intergenerational neighborhood that preserves our town’s character and respects the area’s natural resources, while also providing new amenities and meaningful income generation for the entire town of Buena Vista.
